This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through the Glowmance platform.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 3 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or is out for delivery.

  • In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  • Glowmance does not accept cancellation or return requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, and reported within the specified time frame.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, customers must report the issue to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product, along with relevant proof (images/videos).

  • The request will be reviewed and verified by the seller/merchant before approval.

Product Not as Described

  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or differs significantly from its description, customers must notify our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  • After review, Glowmance will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

  • Once a refund request is approved by Glowmance, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
