This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through the Glowmance platform.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 3 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or is out for delivery.
In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Glowmance does not accept cancellation or return requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, and reported within the specified time frame.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, customers must report the issue to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product, along with relevant proof (images/videos).
The request will be reviewed and verified by the seller/merchant before approval.
Product Not as Described
If the product received is not as shown on the website or differs significantly from its description, customers must notify our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
After review, Glowmance will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by Glowmance, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
